MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TENOR AND BASS SINGERS!
Higher Ground Vocalists
As part of the Primary Schools Music Festival repertoire for 2020, we have included the song Higher Ground by Rasmussen, which was performed in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.
This song requires a vocal backing. For the first time we will be creating a choir to accompany the students during this song.
This opportunity is open to all South Australian Public School students with a tenor or bass vocal range.
The choir will be recorded, filmed and be part of the Festival SING 2020! movie project. This movie is being created as the replacement of performing at the Festival Theatre this year and will be used by all our affiliated schools for all performances.
Be part of history and be part of this choir.
The Higher Ground Vocalists will work with the talented singers from the Festival Statesmen Chorus – John Khammash and Ryan O’Dea.
