Affiliation | Primary Schools Music Festival

Being affiliated with the Festival of Music provides schools with:

A year-long choral program that compliments your Performing Arts program
Learning materials aligned with the Australian Curriculum for students and teachers
Performance opportunities – in school and local community
Visits to your school by either the Director of Music or the Assistant Director of Music
Opportunities for students to audition for our orchestras, troupes, as hosts and other roles
Access for teachers to attend our workshops and conferences for Professional Development.

There are 4 levels of affiliation.

Adelaide Affiliates – perform at a world class Adelaide theatre.
Regional Affiliates (Public) – perform at a theatre in their region. There is an opportunity to participate at the Adelaide theatre (this incurs a fee for students on stage).
Regional Affiliates (Independent) - perform at a theatre in their region.
Associate Affiliates – allows schools to have access to our music and learning materials with no performance expectations.
