Thank you for the Music originally featured on ABBA’s fifth studio album, ‘The Album’ in 1977, and formed part of ‘ABBA: The Movie.’
The story of ABBA began in Sweden more than five decades ago when, in 1966, Bjorn met Benny for the first time. Then Bjorn met Agnetha, Benny met Anna-Frid.
Their music still lives on, even though they took a temporary break in 1982 and never reunited!
The CD - ‘ABBA Gold’ released in 1992. This has sold more than 31 million copies!!
The Musical - ‘Mamma Mia!’ premiered in London in 1999.
The Movie - Mamma Mia opened in 2008.
The Sequel movie - ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ was released in 2018.
Their ninth album, ‘Voyage’ was released in 2021.
